Today i decided to post my art/design book collection (if you can even call it that since I only have about 5 but cut me some slack, those things are so good yet so expensive!).
- Drawing Anatomy - Barrington Barrera (great book, it explains everything from muscles to movement and also contains some very helpful exercises)
- Make Your Own Luck - Kate Moross (a book about Kate Moross and her career as a graphic designer, has some great prints of her work and nice tips)
- Graphic Design School - Dabner, Stewart and Zempol (this book was given to me by my best friend and it's basically a full guide to Graphic Design and covers stuff like composition, color, typography, brainstorming... i definitely recommend to someone that's a graphic design nerd like me)
- Design It Yourself - Ellen Lupton (a fun book to learn how to make actual things (t-shirts, blogs, notebooks, a whole brand: this book has it all!)
- The Art Book - Phaidon ( this is an A-Z guide to the greatest artists from mediavel times to today. It has tons of prints and information and the best thing about it is that you can open a page at random and learn about a new artist.)
If you know any good art books please recommend them to me in the comments since i would like to add some new ones to the collection before starting art classes in September.
